My chat software license is about to expire, sometime between now and the end of the month (don't make me go look up the date).
It's not the most popular feature, so I am going to let it go. I believe a "free version" will display in its place which may or may not work given the format here. I will keep an eye on it. Feel free to notify me (Pythia) if you notice any changes.
And before you get all mad at me. Let it be known that a new chat feature will be part of the big changes coming to the site in a few weeks. So chat is not dead, it's just taking a nap :)
I know that new Pagan business-folks usually don't have 2 cents to rub together, so I am adding a few extra ad slots to the site and then reducing the prices.
New ad costs:
The title bar hotspot: $45
The main leaderboard banner ad: $75
Profile page ads: $20
Blog page ads: $15
Home page ads: $20
There are now 10 slots on the profile pages (hopefull, that won't be too many), and 5 slots on the blog pages.
So if you want to promote your business, site, or service to thousands of Pagans every day and help support this community, place an ad. Full details on advertising is on the Advertising page.
If you've gotten a message from some guy named Faustin (or something like that) asking for money, you don't need to report it. I've already deleted his account.
You can find a collection of graphics just the right size for avatars, profile photos, comment graphics or just for prettying up your pages. Unlike larger sites like Photobucket, you can't just copy the code to use the graphics (not yet, anyway). You have to download them and either add them to your gallery here or upload them to another photo site and link to them. I'm working on changing that :)
So if you want a new pic for yourself, check it out. You don't need to register or anything.
As of now, all friend requests to the chat room will be approved automatically. I can't keep up with them all, and I don't want people waiting a week or more to get approved. You still need to be on the friends list, but it is now instant.
If anyone notices a non-covenspacer in the room, please let me know immediately. I doubt anyone would go through the trouble of setting up an account, getting on the friends list just so they could harass us, but you really just never know.
